Oh my gosh, what a fun evening! It was a bit rainy and cool, but it let up just in time for Neil to propose to Tayla at the stunning Cliff House in Ogunquit, Maine! I’m telling you, I’m bringing all of the good weather with me - each of my weddings so far this season have had cold and rainy weekdays, then beautiful weather for the weddings. And now, it’s happening with proposals, too! Neil and I texted back and forth all day to coordinate his proposal to Tayla. We had a slick plan for me to pick up the ring which he left with the front desk staff, and give it to him at the location so as not to tip her off with a big ring box in his pocket. I was to be where he and Tayla were going, and he was going to ask me to take a photo of them with the beautiful view in backdrop. When they got to the spot, Tayla beat him to it, and asked a family that was nearby to take their photo while Neil asked me! Well, it obviously all worked out, and Tayla didn’t even see the big surprise coming! What a wonderful couple, wonderful location, and a wonderful day.
